What we do
We put the answers in one place: 271 places where kids are safe, welcome and happy, plus events, sign-up dates and a weekly email. It’s for anyone raising kids, whether they’re yours, your grandkids, or your nieces and nephews.
How a place gets on the site
A real person checks every place before it goes up. It has to pass our family checklist:
- What it mainly does is fine for families
- Alcohol is not the point
- No sexual or explicit content
- A parent would feel fine walking in with their family
- It is real and open
- It has a good reputation
How we make money, honestly
Being listed is free for every business. Some pay for a richer page or to be Featured, and Featured places are always labeled Sponsored. Paying never gets a place onto the site, and it never changes what families say about it.
Built with families
Family tips come from real parents, and we read every one before it shows. If something is wrong on a page, there’s a button at the bottom of it to tell us, and we fix it.
